Shipping & Delivery
  • Global Shipping: We proudly ship to all countries.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    Domestic: Express (2-3 business days), Standard (4-5 business days).
    International: Typically 6-7 business days.

  • Tracking Your Order: You'll receive a tracking link via email upon shipment. Visit the link for real-time updates.

Order Changes & Cancellations
  • Changing Your Order: If your order hasn't been shipped, you can request changes by contacting our support team via the support form.
  • Cancelling Your Order: Orders can be cancelled prior to processing. Use the support form to reach out to our team for immediate assistance.
  • Note: Once orders are processed or shipped, changes and cancellations are not available.

Payments & Refunds
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UPI, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Note: Paypal is not accepted.


  • Refund Process:
    • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
    • Bank Processing: It may take an additional 1-2 business days for the refund to appear in your account, subject to your bank's processing times.

  • Refund Issues: If you experience delays, please contact our support team for further assistance.


Product Care & Returns/Exchanges
  • Caring for Your Items: To maintain the quality of your purchase, please strictly dry clean only. We are not responsible for any color, fabric or shape damage due to home washing, hand wash or machine wash. We wont be able to return, exchange, refund or alter the product if damaged while home washing / hand washing / machine washing. 

  • Custom Fit Alterations: We offer alteration services for custom-sized orders (priced above our standard range) to ensure a perfect fit. Please specify your alteration needs clearly when placing your order.

  • Pre-Shipment Alterations Only For Custom Size Orders: Alterations are only possible before the product is shipped from our warehouse. Ensure all details are accurate and finalized at the time of order placement.

  • No Post-Body Change Alterations: We cannot accommodate alterations due to changes in body measurements after the order has been finalized and shipped. Please ensure your measurements are current and accurate when ordering.

  • Making a Return or Exchange: If you're not completely satisfied, returns or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours from the order is delivered. Items must be in original condition with all the tags and original packaging. Please use our support form to initiate a return or exchange.
