Return Policy

Returns

  • Return Window: Items (except final sale items) must be returned within 24 hours of delivery. Initiate your return via our Customer Support on the website; you will need your order number to start the process.

  • Return Shipping:
    • Domestic (India): We cover return shipping costs.
    • International: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Final Sale Items: Sample sale, sale items, and items purchased with a discount are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there's an error in size or style delivery.
  • Condition for Return: To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached.
  • International Returns: You're responsible for any duties/tax charges. Mark your parcel as 'RETURNED GOODS' and country of origin as India. Use a tracked/insured service, as we process returns only upon receipt.


Refunds

  • Inspection: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you via email. Tags-attached and unworn items will receive a full refund.
  • Damaged Returns: Items returned damaged will be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: For defective items or our errors, we'll cover replacement shipping or offer a full refund.
  • Lost Packages: We'll resolve issues with lost packages, ensuring you receive a replacement or refund. However, we're not responsible for packages once delivered.
  • Customs Refusal: Refused international deliveries due to customs will incur deductions from your refund for any additional charges we face.


Custom Orders

  • Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable: Customized orders can't be returned or exchanged. Size issues will be altered at our cost, following the alteration details provided in the FAQ section.
  • Order Number Requirement: Please provide the order number assigned at the time of purchase for any inquiries or requests.


Exchanges

  • Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges on items within 24 hours of delivery, excluding final sale and discounted items. Please initiate the exchange process through our Customer Support, providing your order number.
  • Shipping Costs: The same shipping cost policy for returns applies to exchanges.
